Hey there,
You need to know one thing about this newsletter - we take a lot of inspiration from creators and thought leaders outside marketing. This edition is a great example.
This week’s content is inspired by Manoj Vasudevan, the World Champion of Public Speaking in 2017. The theme of his speech at the event was: Pull less, bend more.
The fundamental idea behind this is that we all need to let go of our ego and be flexible to win in relationships and life in general.
But what does this have to do with marketing?
Well, when it comes to marketing, we like to look at this in a different context, which is….
Don’t assume you are always right. Instead, see what the data looks like. Analyze how your marketing campaigns and activities are performing, and base your decisions on that.
In essence, don’t ‘pull’ the data according to your will, but ‘bend’ based on the story it tells you.
But, the question is, where do you start? There is so much data to look at. There are so many metrics to analyze.
We have made it simple for you, especially if you are a small to mid-size organization.
Our CEO Naseef KPO has written a full article on a simplified data-driven marketing model for B2B SMBs. Here is the link.
The article covers all the basics you need to know in terms of analyzing marketing data across the entire spectrum of marketing activities.
The key here is not just analyzing the data, but taking actions based on it.
For example, if the data tells you that organic is contributing to the majority of your website’s traffic, you double down on that channel and focus more efforts and resources there.

That’s obvious, but not something many do right.
That’s it for the week.
Did you like the hack? If you noticed, we took a different approach this week by focusing on a generic hack with an additional piece that covers the details.
Don’t forget to share your feedback about the content with us.
As always, until we meet next time, keep growing!
